Following is a list of our Mobile Grooming Policies.
Pet Policy: Although most pets are well behaved, some are not thrilled by the grooming process. We understand this and welcome meeting these different personalities as part of our job. However, for the benefit of all involved, we will not provide services for vicious or aggressive pets and we reserve the right to refuse service to these pets.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the appointment time.
Rescheduling Policy: We understand there are times when you will need to reschedule your regular grooming appointment but please keep in mind that you may have to wait 4-6 weeks to be re-scheduled.
Arrival Times: The day of your grooming appointment please allow a 30 minute grace period before and after your appointment for arrival of your groomer. Grooming delays can happen as we are working with pets.
No Show Policy: In the event we arrive for your scheduled confirmed appointment and no one is home, an invoice will be generated and left at the door for you to cover the trip fee.
Payment: Caring 4 Paws accepts cash, checks (made payable to Caring 4 Paws), Visa, MC and Discover. Payment is due day of service.
